Dr. Bradley Powell
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Clinical Psychologist & CBT Therapist
BSc, MSc, PG Dip (CBT), DClinPsy, AFBPsS
Dr Bradley Powell is an award-winning Clinical Psychologist based in the Harley Street medical district and Chelsea. Registered with the HCPC, he specialises in ADHD assessments, autism assessments, and evidence-based psychological therapy for adults, adolescents, and high-performing professionals seeking clarity, discretion, and expert support.
Bradley delivers gold-standard ADHD and autism assessments in London using NICE-aligned tools including ADOS-2, DIVA-5, Conners, QbCheck, and comprehensive developmental interviews. His reports are detailed, accurate, and highly regarded by GPs, psychiatrists, schools, workplaces, and insurers. Clients frequently seek him when they want a thorough, neuroaffirmative assessment that provides clear answers and a practical plan, rather than a quick diagnostic screen.
Alongside specialist assessment, Bradley provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrative therapy for anxiety, OCD, trauma, panic, and low self-esteem. He also supports professionals in finance, tech, law, and entrepreneurship with performance-focused psychological coaching. His approach blends evidence-based interventions with actionable strategies that improve emotional regulation, focus, and day-to-day wellbeing.
His clinical background spans specialist adult and CAMHS NHS services, and distinguished private services such as Nos Curare and the Schoen Clinic Chelsea. Bradley previously worked within the UK Parliament, where he co-developed the first DClinPsy placement at Westminster and led a national mental health petition that gained over 12,000 signatures and national media attention. He has served as a peer-reviewer for parliamentary briefings, and his own academic research has been published in peer-reviewed journals. He is trained in the latest scientific advancements in psychological therapy, and he regularly contributes to training, conferences, and public-facing education on mental health and neurodiversity.
As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Regal Private Therapy Practice, Bradley leads a service known for delivering premium ADHD and autism assessments, gold-standard mental health therapy, and high-performance coaching in Harley Street. Regal combines clinical excellence with a premium care pathway, supporting neurodivergent individuals, high net worth clients, international families, and professionals seeking discreet, reliable psychological care.
Across all his roles, Bradley’s philosophy remains clear: the most effective psychological care comes from combining robust evidence-based practice with a genuine understanding of the individual. His work reflects a psychology that is precise, compassionate, and focused on helping clients move forward with confidence and lasting wellbeing.
